A special focus for us is helping women sailors. Sometimes that mean helping a woman start sailing and for others this is helping a woman step up from being “on a boat” to sailing that boat.

Our team is a passionate group of seafarers. We are based in the Chesapeake and know her corners well, but we travel a lot and cross oceans too. Learn about our core team members here.
